Back to school and back on track! If you enjoyed summer a little too much, not to worry! FitFusion is here to get you back on track. The Fall schedule starts August 15.  Check website for updated schedule. Please understand we did the best we could to accommodate all school start times and will revise as needed.

Hot Class Coming in September

Realign and Shine Pilates with Gena Freyman

Starting Sept. 12th, FitFusion will be offering a Pilates mat class. This 10 class series will take you from beginner to advanced and will incorporate the towel and foam roller. You will learn to fuse breath, balance and precision in this flowing class which offers an ongoing exploration into the practice of Pilates. As you bring your physical body into alignment, your spirit will follow!

We are happy to have Faith Hufft join our FitFusion family. Please check the schedule for Faith's yoga classes.
Faith is a mother of two boys and works as a Pediatric Private Duty Nurse. She grew up active and happy in California’s Eastern Sierras. She was a multi-sport athlete and is still an avid lover of everything outdoors. Faith’s parents instilled in her from a young age that being one with nature is the best cure-all. Faith has resided in San Antonio since 2006.
After discovering Winsor Pilates, Faith made her way over to Yoga. Now, nearly 12 years later, she has been a practitioner of Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Kundalini methods. Faith practices an Ayurvedic, Holistic lifestyle and incorporates these things in her yoga teachings. Faith teaches that Yoga offers physical, mental, and spiritual benefits to all. She also believes yoga is for every-BODY. Pranayama ( breath work) and Meditation are often included in her classes, along with Aromatherapy.
