Born and raised in Indiana, Rachelle grew up playing sports and being extremely active. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle became a part of her life at a young age, and she knew she wanted to do something that could inspire people when she grew up! During her freshman year at the University of Alabama is where she began teaching her first aerobics classes, and from then on, she was hooked. Rachelle is an Army wife who has had the opportunity to teach across the country including West Virginia, Hawaii, and currently San Antonio. She is an avid runner who participates in marathons, half marathons, etc.; as well as triathlons. Rachelle is certified in group exercise and personal training through AFAA. Rachelle will provide you with an awesome workout. You'll be sure to blast away calories and have fun while doing so. Come ready to hear some good music and break a sweat!
Caroline works as a full time Registered Nurse and was a hurdler on the Saint Louis University track team in college. Living an active life full of exercise has always been important to Caroline. The opportunity to teach classes allows her to share her love of fitness and to encourage others to take control of their health. All you need to do is show up to class; Caroline will provide the upbeat music and sweat drenching cardio moves.
